First Day of New Co-op

Today was our first day of our new co-op. It was great! Totally busy, but Joey LOVED it! He made two new friends (boys), he primarily has girls that are friends due to who lives near us and at church, it's nice for him to have boys for friends too. I worked in the Nursery for "technically" two of the four hours, but was there during my free period because a little one fell asleep on me :o) I didn't want to wake her up after she finally fell asleep, she had been VERY fussy, plus I can't get enough of holding babies.

Joey got to do four science experiments, which he thought was the best thing ever! He had read the chapter and answered the questions during the week, then they have the lab on Fridays, it's really great! He had Critical Thinking after that, he was very disappointed to find out it entailed math! :o/ That followed by Art, that's always fun, ending with Writing, which I thought would be a major issue. So far, so good, it wasn't "too much" or "too hard" which are very important when you're 11!

Jonathan had his first preschool class today...awww...how cute! He played with blocks, cars and some children. He was only in for about an hour and then back in the nursery, but it's a start! I'm so proud of my boys! LOL

I know, I'm a goof, but I'm always so happy when my kids are happy and having fun. I love to see them smile, laugh and get along with other children, it's such a blessing.

Tomorrow we go to my "nieces" joint birthday party. They are renting a "jumping thingy", you know, where the kids jump inside, like at a carnival. That's the theme, we're having, a carnival. We have all the silly little games and prizes for the children, it should be fun. Please pray the weather stays nice so it will be an enjoyable day for all!
