I am usually not one to do this, but it is my second since I started blogging, hmm, maybe I DO like doing these "tags"?!

15 years ago I was 32 yo, I was married to my first husband and we had just bought our home in the country. My dtr. was 8 and my son was 4. I was a RN working for a local Community Health Agency and loving it. I had tumors removed from my ovaries and had a hysterectomy at age 30, so was certain I was done growing my family.

10 years ago I was 37, was still married to my first husband, my dtr. was 13, son was 9 and we had adopted our youngest at birth and he was 1 year old. I was now working two community health jobs in neighboring counties. I was involved in my children's school and active in our Catholic church. And I was certain I was done growing my family.

5 years ago I was 42, and was married to my second husband for one year! My dtr. was 18, eldest son was 14 and youngest son was 6. I was no longer able to work due to Lupus, was permanently disabled, was a born again christian and very much in love with my new christian husband. Trying to find a church family. We bought a very run down home on Lake Ontario and were redoing it all from the inside out while we lived in it! We were discussing growing our family.

1 year ago I was 46 and more in love with my husband than the day I married him. My dtr. was 22, had just gotten married in June, my eldest son was 18 and had just graduated High School and had started college, my youngest son was 10 and I was homeschooling him and we were getting ready to travel to pick up our toddler son from Guatemala. We now belong to a great church family and have found our church home. Our house was "done" with the major work, just needed paint, rugs and the third bathroom. We thought we would wait again before/if we adopted again.

Now I am 47, still finding new things to love about my husband. My dtr. is 23 and separated from her husband, my eldest son is 19 and plans on going away to college next semester, my next oldest son is 11 and in sixth grade in our homeschool, Jonathan is 2 1/2 and has been home with us almost a year, we are waiting to go pick up our daughter Anah who is 10, almost 11, from Viet Nam. We belong to an awesome church family and are blessed beyond measure. Our house STILL needs paint and rugs and the third bathroom. I refuse to say when we will be done growing our family, only God knows that.

Consider yourself tagged.
