As I said in the previous post, there are so many children that need to come home! It was so awesome to be in prayer for these beautiful little children for the last 24 hours. I just pray that these children find their forever families. If I had my way I'd bring them all home to ME! ;o) I so love their little faces and just want them to be happy and be loved and not go to a mental institution when they turn 5. I pray the Lord softens hearts and that we all take the opportunity to plant seeds there, the seeds of adoption.
Adoption is such a wonderful thing. We are ALL adopted! We are adopted into God's family, so why shouldn't we adopt children on earth that do not have parents to care for them? Are we not to strive to become more like Jesus? What better way than to take care of those that cannot care for themselves? If God can love sinners like us, how can we not love those sweet little innocents? Let us spend our lives loving those that God puts in our path, whether it is physically caring for them or praying for them, let us always be intent on loving, as God loves us. Let it consume us, permeate every ounce of us, be so filled with love that it pours forth from us onto everyone around us.
