Jonathan has started to sign a few more words. He will do half of the sign for "brother" (boy/same, he does "boy") and says "baba", you should see his brothers when he does that, they melt and get soooo excited! He is signing Mommy and Daddy more, not when he wants us, but when someone speaks about us. He says mama and dada when he wants us. He is using "more" for food, playing and reading; at first he just used it in regards to food.

He will wave "hi and bye", he claps when he is excited about something or wants you to clap for him, and reaches his arms up and smiles when he wants you to hold him. He will also tip his head to one side and give you a smile when he wants you to talk/interact with him. He is can point to his nose, tummy and head if you ask him. He really is doing much better in making his needs known, it's great!

That's my brag on my little guy today, he really has come so far in less than 11 mos. From no eye contact, to initiating interaction; from laying and unable to sit independently, to almost walking, he stands for extended periods of time and is climbing like a little monkey!

What a blessing he is, he certainly is loved VERY much!
