As you may or may not know, Bob and I were short the last $1500 we needed for our final fees for Anah. We had enough, or so we thought, but for some reason I thought the dossier fees ($1500) were included in the two fee payments we had to pay. Long story short, they weren't, hence the $1500 we were short. Bob and I have done everything we could and were still short that money. We had anticipated some money due us coming in, but at this point it hasn't come in yet. Our adoption agency is sending our last bill out to us now and we need to pay it ASAP so the travel arrangements can be made to bring Anah home. We have been praying and seeking God's will for this situation.
The Lord put it on our heart to ask Bob's sister and husband if they could loan us the money until our money comes in. Ann (Bob's sister) is disabled (like me) and her husband Bill is retired from the US Navy (like Bob), so as you can imagine there isn't a lot of "extra" money ever. We still felt God showing us we should at least ask, so we did. Ann and Bill were honored that we would ask them to help bring their niece home! What an answer to prayer! And when our money comes in, they don't want repaid until after Anah and I are home, to make sure we have the needed money while we are there. Praise God for such loving family! I was so touched and thankful, the Lord has really lifted a burden off my shoulders. We still need the money for Anah and I to live the two weeks we are there, but I know the Lord will provide that, just like He has all along.
So I just wanted to share my Praise to God, I don't want to seem like I only ask for answer to prayer and don't Praise God, even though I'm sure I don't do it enough!
