15 of 31 Pre-op

We had Jonathan's 3rd pre-op appt. for the same surgery today. First time it was canceled two days before surgery due to an inflammation of his lungs. Second time he got Scarlet Fever the evening before surgery. They say third times a charm, so here's hoping! I want it done before I have to leave to get Anah. I wouldn't have it done while I was gone (even though I'm sure he'd be fine), and I don't want to have it done shortly after Anah is home, I want to concentrate on her for a while.

I am very sick with a cold, so am trying not to get near Jonathan too much! I'm sure you can realize how difficult THAT is, lol. They can still do his adenoids and tubes in his ears if he has a cold, not if he has a fever or rash. Please pray he stays healthy enough to get it done next Wens. the 22.

According to today's wt. and length, Jonathan is in the fifth percentile for height and 25 percentile for weight on the DS growth chart. That's pretty good considering he was off the chart on both when we brought him home. He's not chubbing up, but he would if we weren't careful, he doesn't have a "shut off" sensor. Over all he is doing very well. Now if I could just get my little girl home! I think I'll have some work to do in fattening her up :o( She's a skinny little thing.
