Are you that special family?

I have a friend in blog land, who helps with disrupted adoptions. No family likes to think of this, but it is a fact. There is a sibling pair, brother and sister, who are adopted from Liberia. They are wonderful children and have adapted well since 1/08. But it has come to light that they are sexually abusing their younger biological brother. Apparently they started this behavior in Africa, but it is still going on. The family feels they need to be in a family without younger children.
